ParcelScope
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
The ParcelScope application
ParcelScope does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data, analytics, crash logs, or telemetry. It works entirely offline and includes no third-party tracking SDKs or advertising frameworks. Local operation history, when available, remains on your Mac.
Local file access and exports
ParcelScope reads macOS package receipt records from /var/db/receipts, checks local file presence, and inspects .pkg archives selected by you. Files you export, such as property lists or cleanup scripts, are saved through user-directed system save dialogs.
This website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Loading a page sends standard web request information, such as your IP address and browser request headers, to the hosting provider for delivery and security. This website adds no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, forms, or application accounts. The app’s offline promise does not mean visiting this website makes no network requests.
External links
App Store and GitHub links take you to external services with their own privacy policies. No application inspection data is sent to those services by this website.
